  • Measurement Systems Analysis - Continuous Data and Discrete Data
  • Measurement - Data Types, Data Collection Plan, Data Stratification 
  • Process Capability - Cpk, Ppk, DPMO, OEE, Sigma Level
  • Root Cause Analysis - Fishbone, Cause-Effect Ranking, 5 Whys Method, Escape Point
  • Improvement - Lean Tools, Idea Storming, Idea Segregation, Ease-Effect Matrix
  • Design of Experiments (Basic) - Up to 3 variables, Optimisation
  • Control Plan, Statistical Process Control (Process Behaviour Analysis), Standard Work
  • Leverage and Replication
  • Knowledge test on day 8 leading to Knowledge Certification.

The approach is fully aligned to the International Standards for Lean Six Sigma Deployment (ISO 18404:2015 and ISO 13053:2011).

Deploy

Optional packages to coach attendees to plan and deploy a significant improvement within the business.

Practitioner Status

Practitioner level requires a presentation of an improvement project allied to a reflective professional discussion, leading to Practitioner certification.
